The role will act as a BOOST SME to execute/identify/validate the automation/AI initiatives within existing RCM processes and functions. He/she will also be a point of contact within BOOST to collaborate with other stakeholders explaining the current processes workflows and applications in order to enable them to design and build the most appropriate solution. This role will also be responsible for driving/assessing UAT and share findings/success.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This role will be the Subject Matter Expert explaining the current stage of BOOST
  processes/workflows what the opportunity is for transformation and sharing the
  required information such as test data process map etc. with the respective Teams.
• This role will continuously work on identifying opportunities to transform. He/She will develop prototypes to build a case along with appropriate data sets to explain to all the stakeholders the benefits of the initiative
• This role will ensure their availability for the project discussions and will provide the information to enable the timely completion of all the initiatives.
• This role will be responsible for driving/assessing/publishing UAT results and sharing findings with probable solutions.
• This role will be responsible for assessing/initiating improvement opportunities on the developed/implemented initiative to enhance efficiency.
• Actively taking up any additional projects as and when assigned
• Collaborating with other Teams to work on the Quality of deliverables

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree from computer science and Engineering
• 5 years of hands-on experience in core Provider RCM having
  strong knowledge of RCM Processes workflows and applications
• Good Analytical skills and awareness on AI implementation in RCM space is preferred. Insights on AI/DS based solutions/ certification is a plus
• Strategic thinker who can develop realistic roadmaps
• Have worked on at least 5 Transformational projects within RCM space out of which 2-3 major projects having a strong knowledge on products and technologies available
• Can manage the time most efficiently in order to multi-task.
• Should be a strong collaborator who can work closely with onshore and offshore Teams. Good Communication skills are a must.
• A good track record on CHANGE management through Automation process excellence and continuous improvement
• Strong knowledge on the functionality of various automation products and platforms such as RPA APIs and work flows etc.
