The Position
Key Responsibilities
Prototype support (under guidance):
Basic document tasks (TMF/ISF/contract classification file naming checks simple key-field extraction).
EC submission checklists: completeness validation and missing-item alerts.
Contract/Budget keyword/term highlighting using rules existing NLP/LLM.
CDE data format and consistency checks with simple validations.
Data preparation: small-scale labeling text cleaning de-identification basic OCR/table extraction (tools provided).
Scripting & tooling: write clear Python notebooks/scripts; optionally wrap into a simple app (e.g. Streamlit/Gradio).
Evaluation & QA: run basic metrics (precision/recall on sampled data) collect user feedback track issues and iterate.
Documentation & enablement: create short how-to guides demo features to users.
Compliance: follow SOPs and privacy rules; use de-identified data and keep good records.
