Responsibilities / Tasks
Manage and grow a network of dealers within the assigned territory (Ontario and Maritime);
Train support and guide partners to maximize their performance and satisfaction;
Meet (or exceed) sales targets by promoting our products and services to dealers and end customers;
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities;
Develop innovative sales strategies tailored to your territory;
Attend trade shows to enhance brand visibility;
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly;
Stay up to date with product knowledge to maintain a high level of expertise;
Maintain regular communication with internal teams (R&D Marketing Product Management);
Provide management with visit reports activity updates and sales forecasts.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Buisness sales & customer service or agriculture degree;
- Strong knowledge in dairy farming;
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and influence stakeholders;
- Team spirit excellent organizational skills and autonomy in the field;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency with general computer tools and Microsoft Office;
- Proficiency in English is required to collaborate with North American departments/teams and English-speaking managers;
- Mobility: Frequent travel required (up to 60% of the time).
