What Youll Do
Write maintain and continuously improve content within our Knowledge Management systems ensuring accessibility and usefulness for all audiences.
Document business processes rules and standards in a clear engaging and simple way that supports both people and AI understanding.
Ensure consistency in tone language and terminology aligned with Suncorps brand voice.
Develop and update AI agents with the latest business processes and information.
Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and incorporate improvements to enhance content effectiveness.
Identify and address gaps within the Knowledge Management systems and implement innovative solutions.
Support administration activities related to Delegated Underwriting Authority Licences and Claims Licences.
Assist with reporting on Technical Underwriting Audits across Business and Consumer portfolios.
Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of the Commercial & Rural Learning programme.
Provide support to the Portfolio & Underwriting Governance team as needed.
What Youll Bring
Minimum of 5 years experience in the General Insurance industry.
Experience in knowledge management technical writing or related fields.
Proven ability to document processes and business rules in a clear engaging and accessible manner.
Familiarity with developing and maintaining AI agents and related systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Confidence in decision-making and a commitment to quality outcomes.
Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes.
A relevant degree in Commerce or Business and/or ANZIF qualification (desirable).
