The Role

Were looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and inspire a small driven sales team. This role blends strategic thinking with practical day-to-day involvement youll shape the sales direction nurture key accounts and guide the team toward ambitious growth targets.

Youll work closely with customers ensuring every solution reflects the companys commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of External Sales Representatives and Commission Agents
  • Oversee quoting estimating costing and sales enquiries
  • Manage and develop key client relationships
  • Provide product and technical expertise to clients and colleagues
  • Monitor margins manage budgets and report on sales performance
  • Drive and implement an effective results-focused sales strategy

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales management within the office furniture industry
  • Strong knowledge of desking seating and related products
  • Confident leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Solid commercial understanding budgeting costing and reporting
  • Competency in Microsoft 365 (Teams Excel Word Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
