ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for anOnsite Operations Team Leadwho loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done!
As part of the Operations team you will play a key role in ensuring that our events run smoothly from planning to closure leading a team and making sure that every operational detail is under control.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events ensuring all requirements are covered (access control staff allocation cashless systems kiosks etc.).
- Leading theonsite execution making sure that setup live operations and closure happen seamlessly and according to standards.
- Supervising theevent closure process including reconciliations incident reporting and improvement feedback.
- Ensuring the team is aligned motivated and executing effectively under your leadership.
This role is highlyhands-onand requires someone organized structured and capable of leading a team in high-paced and dynamic environments. You will also interact with other departments such as Sales Originals and Marketing ensuring that operations are aligned with business day 1 you will be leading events and managing a team onsite always with the support of your peers and managers making a direct impact on our operations and customer experience.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Data Analytics or related fields.
- You have at least 2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting operations or tech related)
- You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You can manage teams in a structured way
- You have a strong analytical mind.
