Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the procurement order system including system maintenance data entry to ensure the system runs smoothly and accurately.
Handle the entire purchase order life cycle: create review process and track purchase orders; verify order details (e.g. quantity price delivery time) against requirements to avoid discrepancies.
Conduct regular procurement data analysis (e.g. order fulfillment rate cost trend supplier performance) using Excel or relevant tools; summarize key insights and generate reports to support procurement decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the buyer to assist in their daily procurement needs such as coordinating with suppliers for physical goods-related materials (e.g. beverages ingredients utensils) following up on delivery schedules and resolving procurement-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain clear communication with internal departments (e.g. bar finance) and external suppliers to ensure alignment on procurement requirements and smooth execution of orders.
Bachelors degree in Procurement Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field (1-2 years of relevant procurement experience is preferred).
Strong technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (advanced functions such as V LOOKUP Pivot Tables data sorting/filtering);
Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written): Able to communicate with international suppliers or cross-functional teams in English for procurement coordination.
Team player with strong collaboration skills: Works effectively with the bar team and other departments to achieve procurement goals.
