About the Role
Lead the day-to-day running of an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) home in Western Sydney. Provide direct support to young people guide staff and ensure therapeutic care safety and compliance. This role includes 36 hours face-to-face support plus 2 hours administration weekly.

What Youll Be Doing:
Deliver trauma-informed care aligned to case and behaviour plans
Oversee household operations including budgets audits and WHS
Lead and coach Therapeutic Youth Workers to model best practice
Support culturally safe care and connection to community and culture
Ensure compliance with PSP OCG standards and governance frameworks
What Youll Bring:
Diploma in Child Youth & Family Intervention (or similar)
2 years working with young people in OOHC or residential care
Knowledge of PSP 10 Essential Elements and child protection law
Strong leadership decision-making and coaching skills
Current unrestricted drivers license and probity clearances
Please note: The advertised title Senior Therapeutic Youth Worker reflects the nature and level of the role. The formal employment title on the contract will be House Manager.
