The Reverse Logistics Analyst role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of product returns and reverse supply chain activities which include the issuing of appropriate disposition and handling of chemical and equipment returns and refusals EDP asset tracking and refurbishment donations scrap and disposal. This role focuses on maximizing value recovery from returned goods while minimizing costs and environmental impact.
This hybrid position will report to Ecolabs Global Headquarters in St. Paul MN.
What You Will Do:
- Analyze return/refusal data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of product returns refurbishment and disposal.
- Manage disposition requests and utilize automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reverse logistics activities with accountability for maintaining open order aging.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides to align with best practice support training and onboarding of new associates.
- Support sustainability initiatives by overseeing donation scrap and disposal processes.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues enhance processes to enhance customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 3 years of professional experience
- Experience with reporting/data analytics tools such as Excel Power BI and Celonis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with working alongside stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP proficiency
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma RCA and/or other process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
