Assistant General Manager Valet Operations (Casino)
Location: West Memphis AR
Schedule:Anticipated schedule is WednesdaySunday 3:00 PM Midnight with some flexibility
Salary: $45600 annually Medical Dental Vision PTO

What Youll Do
- Foster strong relationships with the casinos point of contact and internal teams.
- Train valet attendants on safety customer service and operational excellence.
- Enforce company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Manage staff performance including coaching retention and employee relations.
- Assist with hiring and terminations in partnership with HR.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and handle property damage claims.
- Conduct audits and mystery shop evaluations to ensure quality service.
- Create and communicate staff schedules for optimal coverage.
- Review timekeeping and operational reports (daily weekly monthly).
- Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Serve as the onsite liaison for customers clients and management.
- Ensure compliance with both company and client policies.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree or equivalent leadership experience.
- Prior valet or hospitality management experience preferred; strong leadership skills required.
- Ability to work all shifts weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced work environment parking management preferred
- Experience managing a large workforce with a variety of roles and responsibilities
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Excellent organizational time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills with client focus and an ability to work with all staff levels
- Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions withing assigned deadlines
- Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Must possess a valid drivers license at all times
- Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)
- This is a 7 day operation and some days we provide service 24 hours
- Must be willing and able to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis
