Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Montour Falls NY (14865)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Evening 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Local Pay: $1152/week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)for an exciting job in Montour Falls NY.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in alignment with nursing standards and facility policies.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor and document vital signs symptoms and responses to treatment.
Communicate any changes in patient condition to supervising clinicians.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Assist patients with daily living activities including hygiene mobility and nutrition.
Support patient and family education on health maintenance and care plans.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
Perform additional duties as assigned by clinical supervisors.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in New York State.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based environment.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program (required).

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in long-term care (required).
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
