Positions Available

Electrical Draftspersons

• Create and revise detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for electrical systems customer add-ons rebuilds and safety solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
• Maintain drawing libraries and support documentation for project execution.

Mechanical Engineers

• Design mechanical systems and components for power generation and industrial applications.
• Perform technical analysis calculations and integration of non-CAT components.
• Support project execution through design reviews vendor coordination and field support.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes standards and customer specifications.

Junior and Senior Engineers

• Lead engineering deliverables across multiple projects ensuring quality and technical accuracy.
• PLC programming on platforms like Siemens Allen Bradley Schneider etc.
• Interface with clients vendors and internal stakeholders to align engineering solutions with project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.

Automation Engineers

• Design program and commission control systems including PLCs HMIs and SCADA platforms.
• Integrate automation solutions into power systems and industrial equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to meet operational requirements.

Project Managers

• Lead end-to-end project execution including scope definition scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering operations procurement and customer teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project performance manage risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and contractual obligations.

Co-op Program Opportunities

• Support engineering and project teams with technical tasks documentation and research.
• Gain hands-on experience in real-world projects across various industries.
• Participate in team meetings site visits and mentorship activities.
• Develop foundational skills in engineering drafting and project coordination.
