SUMMARY:
Responsible for software development projects for payment terminals and embedded media for Latin America.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES:
- Rapid understanding and development of new functions in the payment software platform DFS embedded media products.
- Represent stakeholders during the project and monitor projects with customers (internal and/or external).
- Organize and plan the product backlog conducting meetings with stakeholders to prioritize the items to be developed whenevernecessary.
- Responsible for the decisions of which teamwork will maximize the value of the product and add more to those involved setsgoals prioritizes and approves quality always seeking to ensure the highest return on investment.
- Maintain the agile management principles followed by the team supporting the Scrum processes with the team (daily planningreview and retrospective) Kanban and other applicable methods.
- Assist the commercial teams in the presentation of existing or new products understanding of new demands and support in thegeneration of commercial proposals for specific new projects or improvements in existing projects and should support the otherareas of the company in the preparation of equipment and specific versions for demonstrations fairs and presentations.
- Prepare reports so that everyone is aligned on the status of developments according to the processes and frameworks used byDFS for project management and new product development.
- Coordinate SW releases to the field and provide support afterwards.
- Train internal and external support teams as well as DFS manufacturing areas in new products or versions that generate
significant changes.
- Create maintain and disseminate the KPIs of the area.
- Promote innovation review and continuous improvement of the teams processes seeking process improvements reduction ofoperating costs and maintenance of systems.
- Document and assist in the implementation of processes that support the manufacturing testing and quality control process ofthe equipment that involves our software/hardware solutions.
Support customers of projects involving our payment platform in certification processes with card brands and networks includingPCI EMV etc.
INSTRUCTION:
