Advantage Dealer Group is a rapidly growing automotive group with multiple locations across the Chicagoland are seeking a driven organized and results-focused Sales & Service BDC Manager to help lead and support our centralized business development operations.

Position Summary

The Sales & Service BDC Manager will assist in the daily operations of our centralized Business Development Center (BDC) supporting both Sales and Service teams across multiple rooftops. This role is highly hands-on focusing on helping team members with live customer calls performing manager T.O.s (takeovers) and ensuring strong communication and follow-up processes within the CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support BDC representatives with daily outbound and inbound calls for Sales and Service leads.

  • Perform manager calls live customer T.O.s and follow-ups to help secure appointments and close opportunities.

  • Assist in managing lead activity within VinSolutions ensuring timely updates and accurate notes.

  • Monitor team performance on call volume appointment set/show ratios and lead response times.

  • Help identify and address performance gaps through daily coaching and active call support.

  • Communicate with dealership management to ensure BDC goals align with store-level objectives.

  • Assist with developing and updating call scripts text templates and email communication for both Sales and Service.

  • Participate in weekly performance reviews and assist with reporting on leads appointments and sold metrics.

  • Jump in as needed to cover phones or assist with overflow to maintain response time goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 23 years of BDC or Internet Sales experience (automotive preferred).

  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to assist team members in real time.

  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in handling customer calls and T.O.s.

  • Experience using VinSolutions Xtime or similar CRM systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple stores.

  • Positive team-oriented attitude with a focus on accountability and results.
