We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to define build and scale products that deliver measurable value to customers and the business. The ideal candidate combines user empathy strategic thinking and strong execution skills to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities:
Define product vision strategy roadmap and success metrics aligned with company goals
Conduct user research market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and shape product strategy
Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear product requirements user stories and prioritized backlogs
Collaborate closely with engineering design marketing sales and customer support to deliver high-quality product releases on time
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery definition development launch and iteration
Make data-informed decisions using analytics A/B testing and user feedback
Communicate roadmap priorities and trade-offs to stakeholders and executives
Measure product performance and iterate to improve engagement retention conversion and revenue
Champion customer-centric thinking and continuously advocate for improvements to the user experience
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years experience in product management (adjust based on level: see levels below).
Experience launching and scaling HR software products
Experience with product metrics experimentation and defining KPIs
Experience working in agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with SaaS cloud platforms mobile apps or enterprise software
Experience with analytics tools A/B testing platforms and roadmap tools (e.g. Jira Productboard Asana)
Experience with User-centered design and research aptitude
Experience working with cross-functional teams and organizations
Experience with problem solving skills and decision-making
