The Legal Counsel at Built will support Builts ongoing and growth operations of our front-end contracts across construction and corporate.

Heres what a typical day might look like for you:

Reviewing and advising on the terms of construction contracts at tender stage.
Providing advice to tender team.
Post tender negotiations with clients.
Providing legal advice to stakeholders across construction and corporate.
Reviewing and advising on contracts across corporate - HR and IT.

Demonstrated experience as a lawyer post-qualification.
Demonstrated ability to review and negotiate on construction documents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact calmly and confidently
Currently hold and maintain a practicing certificate.
A collaborative and agile approach you know how to adapt quickly and influence with credibility.
