Job Location: Rijswijk Netherlands
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in event marketing delivery including project management logistical and operational elements event design and site selection sponsorships and exhibits.
- Project management includes budget management vendor sourcing and management project plan management prioritization and issue escalation.
- Deliver the design and setup of events particularly in-person events focusing on customer experience and event objectives to drive business impact and maximize return.
- Assist in the development of associated online strategies and social media integration into event programs
- Implement attendee acquisition and partner participation with developed value propositions and packages.
- Analyze event industry and competitive data. Utilize meaningful and relevant data to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of events.
- Understand the business environment and collaborate with relevant marketing partners.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Preferably a degree in Engineering Business Marketing or a related field with a general understanding of the companys business and technology landscape.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and foster effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proven ability to plan execute and manage multiple marketing and communication projects independently including events press conferences and public relations initiatives.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch as well as English with strong cross-cultural awareness and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Team & Ownership Mindset: A strong sense of teamwork combined with the ability to take initiative demonstrate accountability and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 13 years of relevant experience in Marketing Event Management or Business Development is preferred.
