Your missions
As the Client Onboarding Team Leader you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end onboarding process for Luxembourg-based corporate clients. You will act as the main point of contact ensuring that each new relationship is established efficiently in full compliance with regulatory standards and aligned with the clients strategic objectives.
Main responsabilities:
- Serve as the main liaison for new clients gaining a deep understanding of their business corporate structure and regulatory needs.
Coordinate the full onboarding process from document collection to completion of internal client acceptance procedures. - Oversee KYC/AML due diligence and ensure all compliance checks are properly executed.
- Draft and review incorporation and governance documentation including board structures and shareholder agreements.
- Prepare and organize all filings with Luxembourg authorities and support the opening of corporate bank accounts.
- Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to the operational and relationship management teams.
- Advise clients on corporate governance reporting obligations and regulatory best practices.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster growth and maintain a high level of client service.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives refining onboarding and governance processes for greater efficiency and quality.

Your ideal profile
- Masters degree in Law with a specialization in corporate or business law.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a corporate legal role ideally within Luxembourg.
- Excellent understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and related international legal frameworks.
- Fluent in English any additional language is an asset.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
