A week in the life of the Year 3 Teacher
Mornings: the Year 3 Teacher leads structured reading and maths sessions that prioritise retrieval and vocabulary development. Afternoons: the Year 3 Teacher runs enquiry-based foundation topics practical science and creative projects. The Year 3 Teacher will run interventions lead small groups and work with families to support progress. The Year 3 Teacher will prepare schemes prior to January 2026 and implement them from January 2026.
