Job Summary
Our client a Good mixed 1118 academy in Reading is looking for a Psychology ECT to join their high-performing and collaborative Humanities faculty. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate early-career teacher to inspire students while receiving exceptional guidance and training.
Role Overview
As a Psychology ECT you will teach KS4 and KS5 students creating engaging lessons that encourage discussion debate and analytical thinking. Supported by an experienced subject mentor and a comprehensive induction programme you will be well-equipped to build confidence in your classroom practice. The department values research-led teaching and creativity in lesson delivery.
