Inspire Literary and Media Literacy at an Outstanding West London Academy
We are seeking an enthusiastic versatile and highly committed English and Media Teacher to join the successful faculty at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary academy in the Ealing area of Inner West London.
This is a full-time permanent position starting in January 2026.

We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- A proven track record as an excellent English Teacher (covering both Language and Literature to at least KS4).
- The ability and experience to successfully teach Media Studies to A-Level (KS5).
- A genuine passion for both subjects and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- The drive to uphold and contribute to the academys Outstanding standards.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
- The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately 40317 as of September 2025).
- A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 per annum.
