Core Responsibilities & Facilities Scope
- Team Management: Direct line management of the Caretaking and Site Assistant teams including performance management and scheduling.
- Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all statutory checks preventative maintenance programmes and managing the schools relationship with the local authority regarding premises.
- Lettings & Usage: Overseeing the logistical planning and security aspects related to evening and weekend community use and lettings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Contract: Full-Time Permanent (52 weeks per year).
- Salary Range: 48000 - 58000 per annum depending on experience.
- Essential Requirements: Relevant facilities management qualification (e.g. BIFM/IWFM) and extensive experience managing a large school site.
- Support: Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and collaborative working within a wider Trust facilities network.
