A leading secondary school in Warwickshire is looking to appoint a professional and proactive HR Assistant to join its central administration team from January 2026.
The Role
Working closely with the HR Manager youll support the delivery of efficient and compliant HR processes from recruitment and onboarding to record management and policy administration.
Key duties include:
Preparing recruitment materials adverts and interview schedules.
Processing new starter checks (DBS references contracts).
Maintaining accurate personnel files and HR systems.
Supporting staff wellbeing absence management and training records.
