Our client a leading international supplier of agricultural systems and equipment is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg. The Role

The successful candidate will assist the sales team with lead generation client communication quotations and product support while receiving structured mentorship and technical training. Over time the trainee will develop into a full Sales Representative role managing their own territory and customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Assist in preparing quotations proposals and customer follow-ups.
Learn and understand a range of agricultural equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Participate in product training exhibitions and client meetings.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture Marketing or Business Management (or related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in agriculture technology or sales.
Computer literate (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel when required.
