Tasks
- Be the voice (and heart) of PromoFarma by DocMorris through calls emails and chat
- Help customers discover great products and offers that make their lives better
- Solve delivery and post-order challenges with patience and ownership
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure every issue finds the right resolution
- Follow up with care because every detail matters when people count on you
Requirements
Were looking for kind adaptable and proactive people who love to make others days easier.
Youll thrive here if you bring:
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience in Customer Service Call Center or eCommerce support
- A calm organised approach and a passion for helping people
- Team spirit you share wins learn from challenges and celebrate progress together
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing tools
- Experience in eCommerce or the beauty health & personal care industry
- Knowledge of Portuguese language
