Job Summary

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager (m/f/x) to join our Warsaw-based International Team. This role focuses on driving new business across the CEE region and beyond building strong agency and client relationships and positioning YOCs premium advertising products in strategic media plans.

Additionally the role includes the following key areas:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with media agencies advertisers and programmatic buyers across target markets
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Present and promote YOCs high-impact ad formats and programmatic solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in agencies and brands
  • Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps Creative Studio Marketing department) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends competitor activities and market opportunities in the region
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set for the role

YOUR PROFILE

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing sales preferably in programmatic media buying or ad tech
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products programmatic buying and agency dynamics
  • Fluent Polish and exceptional command of English (both spoken and written) - C1/C2 level
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
  • Experience with premium publisher networks and rich media products
  • Established network within the CEE digital marketing or agency landscape
