Our client a respected organization in the healthcare sector is seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to month-end close processes reconciliations and cross-functional a Staff Accountant youll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Youll also serve as a point of contact for internal departments corporate teams and external vendors-making strong communication skills a must.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post month-end journal entries and account reconciliations
Execute assigned accounting tasks and special projects with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure all deliverables meet established deadlines
Collaborate with internal departments and promote a team-oriented culture
Respond to inquiries from corporate vendors and internal stakeholders
Uphold the organizations Standards of Performance and ICARE values

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)
Internship or experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
Professional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
