Job Summary

enior Project Manager to lead and manage HVAC projects across Commercial Industrial Retail Technology and Institutional sectors. This role involves overseeing all phases of plan-and-spec projects from estimating and proposal development to installation client relations and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

Review RFPs from Owners or General Contractors.
Prepare detailed HVAC estimates including material take-offs labor calculations and vendor/subcontractor quotes.
Develop clear comprehensive project proposals.
Issue purchase orders for equipment and subcontractors.
Oversee installation teams schedules and budgets.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other trades.
Prepare and review monthly cost reports RFIs and Change Orders.
Conduct site visits and ensure project compliance with design and quality standards.
Lead project closeout including warranty management and final documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business development.

Qualifications:

Experience managing commercial institutional healthcare or manufacturing HVAC projects.
Strong background in HVAC cost estimating and project budgeting.
Experience in both project management and engineering.
Proven ability to communicate technical HVAC solutions to non-technical clients.
Highly organized self-motivated and solutions-driven professional.
