Job Summary

Core competencies knowledge and experience:
Minimum 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience as a SOA/Integration software engineer with proven hands-on design AND development credentials with Tibco.
Minimum 2 years of exposure to strategic E2E solution architecture design for telecom domain.- Not Mandatory. Good to have.
Expert on TIBCO products (EMS7.x / 8.x BW 5.x/6.x Active Spaces APIX Adapters /SDK) .
Expert with application/internet gateways core Java programming JMS Oracle SQL caching techniques encryption standards microservices security .
Command over defining CDM TMF models .

Technical competence:

1. Strong command over integration technology standards & best practices
2. Strong command over all aspects of software engineering including solution design as well as development
3. High complexity solution design as well as implementations in scope for each release.
4. Critically review & optimize deliveries from the developers from his/her assigned project team
5. Can work in agile as well as waterfall SDLC
6. Good understanding of integration design patterns integration design and development.
