Job Summary

Job Description:

Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts for web and API-based applications.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman RestAssured SoapUI or similar.
Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium Java/Python TestNG or Cucumber.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab Azure DevOps).
Analyze test results log defects and track them to closure.
Collaborate closely with developers QA teams and product owners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in test planning estimation and reporting activities.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) and validation techniques.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium RestAssured Postman or PyTest.
Proficient in Java or Python for automation scripting.
Experience with TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber frameworks.
Good understanding of JSON XML and SQL queries for data validation.
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Git or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
