About the Role

As an ERP Application Manager (m/f/d) you will take ownership of the final phases of our ERP system implementation and lead future ERP initiatives - from system updates to introducing new modules. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence key digital processes and shape the companys ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for internal users departments IT and external partners.
Lead and coordinate the remaining ERP rollout phases ensuring project goals KPIs and timelines are met.
Oversee cross-departmental initiatives to guarantee seamless ERP integration into daily operations.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support for system-related queries.
Collaborate with the ERP vendor to develop and implement effective solutions.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and report project progress to leadership.
Ensure ERP system stability performance and high availability across the organization.

What You Bring:

Proven experience managing ERP projects and system maintenance.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Business Central (or similar systems).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
A solid understanding of business processes and change management principles.
A hands-on analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving ability.
