Job description

ServiceNow modules: CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and CSDM

Architect Design configure and implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB SPM SAM APM/EA Discovery and Service Mapping

Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices (e.g. scripting automation APIs)

Build and manage integrations with external systems (e.g. Ariba cloud services messaging platforms)

Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization reconciliation and data certification

Map and enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services

Support the creation and execution of test cases for UAT SIT and production validation

Collaborate with architects business analysts and client SMEs to capture requirements and propose solutions

Develop technical documentation runbooks and support materials

Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards

Participate in deployment planning cutover support and post-go-live stabilization
