Job Summary

Remote role supporting Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning data servicesfocused on producing high-quality labeled datasets for computer vision NLP and audio models that power model training evaluation and production monitoring. This position works with distributed ML teams to scale supervised learning pipelines across diverse domains.
Primary title (standardized): Data Annotation Specialist
Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately annotate images video audio and text following detailed labeling guidelines (bounding boxes polygons segmentation keypoints transcription).
- Use annotation platforms and tools to create version and manage labeled datasets and metadata for ML training.
- Perform quality assurance: run spot checks resolve edge cases and document annotation decisions to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data leads to refine label schemas clarify ambiguous examples and implement feedback loops.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining high inter-annotator agreement and data integrity.
- Follow data security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive or PII-containing datasets.

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in data labeling or similar quality-focused role (ideally with computer vision or NLP datasets).
- Strong attention to detail ability to follow complex guidelines and clear written communication.
- Reliable remote-work setup in India (stable internet quiet workspace) and availability to work agreed shifts.
