Are you a creative data-driven marketer with a passion for building consumer brands Were looking for a Consumer Brand Manager to lead innovative compliant campaigns that drive awareness loyalty and market share across digital and traditional platforms for our FMCG client based in Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities
  • A completed degree in Marketing Communications or Business.
  • 4 years experience in consumer brand management ideally in FMCG or OTC.
  • Proven success in digital brand growth and campaign execution.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing social media management and consumer insights.
  • A collaborative adaptable mindset with a sharp eye for creative detail.

Requirements:

  • Consumer Campaign Delivery: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital social and traditional media.
  • Digital Leadership: Own content calendars social media and websites. Optimize performance marketing (SEO SEM paid social).
  • Consumer Insights: Use analytics and research to refine messaging and engagement.
  • Activation & Engagement: Deliver in-store promotions influencer campaigns and consumer education materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align messaging with internal teams and external partners.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing adheres to regulatory codes and industry standards.
