Job Summary
Intelligent Automation Business Analyst
Job Summary: The Intelligent Automation Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions focusing on intelligent automation. The role involves analysing business processes identifying opportunities for automation and collaborating with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions using AI machine learning and robotic process automation (RPA). The IABA will work closely with IT teams business units and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment of automation projects that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools. Knowledge of intelligent automation technologies and platforms (e.g. UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
