Job Summary
JOTIS S.A. a leading company in the food industry is seeking a SAP Functional Business Analyst to join its dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation optimization and continuous improvement of SAP S4 projects ensuring that high-quality system solutions support the companys business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a strong understanding of the business landscape and processes from a detailed system-level perspective.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders colleagues and strategic partners across a portfolio of SAP S4 projects.
- Lead the analysis of requirements at the system level and ensure the creation of a high-quality system specification for the required solution.
- Prepare test scenarios and lead execution and dress rehearsals.
- Ensure quality and consistency of solution design through go-live and post-implementation stages.
- Train end users on new solutions and provide support during the cutover phase.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in large-scale SAP deployment support and/or upgrade projects.
- Proven analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and incident resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage user support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- CBAP certification and/or any SAP certification will be considered an advantage.
