To support this growth we are looking for a dedicated (Junior) Business Development Manager (f/m/d) for the Spanish & Portuguese market to join our Business Development team.

What you can do with us:
- Identification acquisition and development of potential B2B clients with the aim of establishing long-term and solid business relationships with focus on the Spanish and Portuguese market.
- Taking on projects in the area of sales/business development.
- You will be the point of contact for our new clients thereby actively contributing to the success of the team.
- Conducting market and trend analyses and providing proactive support in the further development of the business model and business development.
- Preparing pitches and presentations.
- Representing PAIR Finance at trade fairs exhibitions and other events.
What you should bring for it:
- Initial professional experience in B2B sales or business development ideally in FinTech InsureTech debt collection or LegalTech.
- The ability to drive revenue growth and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical affinity enabling you to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential clients.
- An existing network in B2C-focused industries which you can leverage to open doors and accelerate pipeline is a plus.
- Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with new technologies such as AI.
- Very good written and spoken Spanish as well as English skills are required Portuguese or German skills are a plus.
