Der Standort Teltow entwickelt und fertigt elektronische Komponenten hauptsächlich auf Basis der Oberflächenwellen-Technologie (SAW). Die meisten Produkte sind kundenspezifisch. Unser Standort umfasst Produktionsbereiche mit verschiedenen Reinraumklassen für den Frontend- (Waferfertigung) und Backend-Bereich (Montage). Zur Produktion gehören auch umfangreiche HF-Prüfgeräte. Wir sind international in den Bereichen Mobilkommunikation Industrieelektronik Luft- und Raumfahrt Verteidigung und Sensortechnik tätig.

Sie sind dem Manager Process Engineering unterstellt und werden Teil des Process Engineering Teams. Als Process Technician Frontend Process Engineering unterstützen Sie die Produktion und tragen zur Optimierung bestehender und zur Entwicklung neuer Prozesse ßerdem unterstützen Sie das Process Engineering Team in den Bereichen Wartung Reparatur Prozesssteuerung und -analyse.

Weitere Details zu den Erwartungen und Aufgaben dieser Position:

• Unterstützung der Frontend-Prozesse für SAW-Filter und Oszillatoren einschließlich Reparatur und Wartung der Geräte und Werkzeuge.
• Unterstützung des Process Engineering-Teams bei der Ertragssteigerung Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung sowie bei der Datenerfassung und -auswertung.
• Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung der Anforderungen an neue und optimierte Gerätespezifikationen und zugehörige Werkzeuge.
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse zunehmend Verantwortung für Prozesse und Fertigungsanlagen zu übernehmen.
• Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen um eine hohe Produktivität in der Verfahrenstechnik sicherzustellen.

The Teltow location designs and manufactures electronic components mainly based on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology. Most products are customer specific. Our site includes production areas with different clean room classes for the frontend (wafer manufacturing) and backend (assembly) areas. The production also includes extensive RF test equipment. We are internationally active in the areas of mobile communications industrial electronics aerospace defense and sensor technology.

Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering you will be part of the Process Engineering team. As a Process Technician Frontend Process Engineering you will support the production and contribute to the optimization of existing and the development of new processes. You will also be involved in supporting the Process Engineering team in the field of maintenance repair process control and analysis.

• Support of the frontend processes for SAW filters and oscillators incl. repair and maintenance of the equipment and tools.
• Support of Process Engineering team regarding yield improvement process development and optimization as well as data collection and evaluation.
• Contribution to the requirements of new and optimized equipment specifications and related tooling.
• Strong technical interest to increasingly take over responsibilities for processes and manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness and ability to collaborate with other relevant departments to ensure high productivity in Process Engineering.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifikationen/Anforderungen

• Techniker oder abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Fertigungstechnologien für elektronische Bauteile
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Elektronik

Kompetenzen

• Erfahrungen mit Frontend-Anlagen und -Prozessen sind wünschenswert
• Praktischer Ansatz zur Unterstützung technischer Bewertungen und Experimente
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Soft Skills

Qualifications/Requirements

• Technician or completed technical apprenticeship program
• Relevant working experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing technologies for electronic components
• Profound knowledge of electronics

Competencies

• Experiences in frontend equipment and processes are desirable
• Hands-on approach to support technical evaluations and experiments
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Teamworking and high level soft skills
