The opportunity:
The Senior Auditor role as part of the Audit engagement team is quite crucial. It offers significant opportunities for growth and development while carrying a high level of accountability and professional integrity.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the audit strategy planning execution and delivery of audit engagements.
- Actively establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Coordinate communication between the clients and the audit team.
- Execute complex assurance procedures.
- Anticipate and identify risks escalate issues as appropriate.
- Coach engage and supervise the performance of junior colleagues.
Skills and attributes for success:
- At least three to four years of relevant work experience external audit experience is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of the entire audit process.
- Familiarity with current auditing techniques and IFRS accounting standards.
- Understanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Excellent time management analytical organizational and prioritization skills.
