Responsibilities include:
Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries build rapport with customers schedule appointments and follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate test drives trade appraisals and vehicle deliveries. Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM and meet monthly performance goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven success in customer service retail or sales (automotive experience preferred)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable using CRM systems email and text communication tools
Professional goal-oriented and self-motivated
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
