Youll be the go-to partner for our clients: steering direction driving delivery and keeping the work sharp on time and unforgettable.
As a SAM you balance strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership. You connect business and cultural insight with creative ambition guide multidisciplinary teams and make sure every project lands with purpose whether were building a new brand world or launching an activation that turns heads.

- Be the main partner clients rely on from kickoff to delivery.
- Build strong trust-based relationships grounded in clarity and creative value.
- Anticipate needs before theyre voiced and position as a true strategic partner not just an executional agency.
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of brand identity campaign and activation projects.
- Translate client goals into clear internal direction from strategy to creative and production.
- Keep projects on track: timelines budgets and resources all balanced with quality and intent.
- Ensure every output meets standards for creativity precision and cultural relevance.
Strategy & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with Strategy Creative and Production to connect objectives with brave ideas.
- Bring context clarity and inspiration that help teams deliver impactful on-brand work.
- Contribute to workshops presentations and pitches with strategic and commercial insight.
Financial & Growth Ownership
- Manage account budgets and project profitability.
- Spot opportunities to expand identity rollouts scale activations or strengthen client partnerships.
- Support new business through proposals and pitches adding insight and energy to every opportunity.
Team Development
- Mentor Account Executives and Managers in client service and delivery.
- Foster collaboration and positive energy balancing client needs with creative ambition.
What You Bring
- 46 years of experience in account management within a creative brand or design agency.
- A track record of culturally attuned relevant work projects that connect brands to people through insight creativity and timing.
- Deeply connected to culture you live whats shaping youth fashion and pop moments right now with a strong affinity for branding and campaigns.
- A love for brand design and storytelling you get what makes brands meaningful and creative work impactful.
- Strong organisational skills you can juggle timelines budgets and creative chaos and still make it look easy.
- Clear and confident communication in presentations emails and tough conversations.
- A commercial mindset: you understand budgets scopes and the bigger picture.
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
