The Position

Become a part of our biggest business transformation in our EMEA region as ASPIRE Commercial Excellence Partner and play a crucial role in deploying our innovative business solutions called Roche ASPIRE Program within our Diagnostics commercial affiliates.

As the project lead for the ASPIRE program you will join the Legal Regulatory & Quality Compliance (LRQC) team in the Czech affiliate. Your primary goal is to drive project success by ensuring timely completion fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders (especially commercial teams) and streamlining all communication. You will also serve as the central point for identifying communicating and resolving any technical or data-related issues.

The Opportunity but not limited to the following

Play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with sales technical service marketing and other functional teams throughout the Marketing Plan to Cash (MP2C) and Plan to Deliver Customer Service (P2DCS) phases:

  • Ensure all system implementation and process harmonization activities comply with Roches internal governance framework and Legal Regulatory & Quality Compliance teams business and regulatory needs

  • Partner with the ASPIRE project management team and serve as a liaison between local stakeholders in particular the Legal Regulatory & Quality Compliance team and ASPIRE project implementation team and other ASPIRE project stakeholders

  • Monitor and review updates to the projects scope that may impact reporting lines organizational structures job descriptions or role titles

  • Support the development and implementation of standardized efficient and compliant workflows enabled by SAP S/4HANA

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data migration strategy including identifying the data to be transferred mapping source and destination fields and defining the rules for data transformation and cleansing

  • Ensure master data correctness / quality across relevant CRM Quote and Contract Management systems overseeing records and generating relevant reports

  • Manage and oversee all customer and tender contracts throughout their lifecycle ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines

  • You actively contribute to ASPIRE based on your expertise and demonstrate flexibility working on multiple different tasks supporting affiliates teams as it fits best

  • You serve as a knowledge connector across business areas functions divisions and geography

Who You Are

  • University degree (Bachelors degree/Masters degree) in Finance Accounting Business Economics Supply Chain Management Legal or a related field is preferred

  • Demonstrated background in Commercial Operations or equivalent field

  • Proven experience with CRM systems () and SAP and excel in managing extensive datasets using Microsoft Excel or other Business Intelligence Solutions (Certifications in analytics or data management are beneficial)

  • Proven project management skills and can effectively lead initiatives from planning to implementation

  • Experience with change management particularly within large-scale IT projects or ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage

  • Proficient with IT systems and have experience in process and tool integration (this includes a solid understanding of how to harmonize business processes and manage compliance risks within a technical environment)

  • You are a true team player with high work ethics practicing a result-oriented working style possessing strong decision-making and implementation skills with a proven ability to work independently and under pressure effectively prioritizing tasks

  • You are hands on data driven strong communicator

  • Proven ability to influence and support stakeholders across the organization in adopting new ways of working

  • Proficient in both English and Czech / Slovak both written and spoken
