Job Summary
Job Title:Deputy Manager- Finance & Accounts
Location:Ibrahimpatnam Hyderabad

Job Purpose:
To support the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial operations of the company ensuring compliance with statutory requirements managing audits and contributing to strategic financial planning. The role demands strong technical expertise analytical thinking and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IND AS.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act Income Tax Act GST and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and coordination with statutory internal and tax auditors.
- Handle preparation and filing of tax returns including income tax TDS GST etc.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Analyse variances between actuals and budget and provide insights to management.
- Support in cost control initiatives and performance analysis.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate statutory internal and tax audits.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of strong internal controls and SOPs.
- Address audit queries and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Taxation & Regulatory
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance assessments and filings.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and advise management on implications.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and legal advisors as required.
MIS Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Prepare and analyse various MIS reports related to cash flow profitability working capital and more.
- Support strategic initiatives through data-driven financial analysis.
- Assist in managing banking relationships fund flow and working capital.
- Monitor and report cash flow positions and short-term liquidity requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Chartered Accountant -Mandatory
- 1 to 3 years post-qualification experience preferably in a mid-sized public limited company or Big 4 experience.
- Sound knowledge of India Accounting Standards taxation laws MS Excel MS PowerPoint Tally/SAP systems.
- Strong analytical ability attention to detail communication skills and team collaboration.
- Experience in handling audits independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
