Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: 4141 N S. Herrera Way Phoenix AZ
Pay: $65$68/hr Schedule: MonFri 7:003:30 or 8:304:30

We are seeking an experienced DON to lead our nursing team and ensure excellent patient care. Youll oversee operations compliance and staff development in a supportive environment.

Requirements/Compliance:

RN License (AZ)
Resume Level 1 Fingerprint OIG/SAM Clearance
CPR/BLS 2-Step TB License/Certification
Hepatitis B & COVID vaccination or declination
