Marriott is bringing its renowned hospitality to the stunning Taghazout Bay and we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort at a landmark property.
About the RoleAs Housekeeping Manager you will oversee daily operations for Housekeeping Recreation/Health Club and Laundry (where applicable). You will ensure guestrooms public spaces and employee areas are impeccably maintained while driving efficiency and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment that reflects Marriotts commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
- Inspect guestrooms and public areas to maintain brand standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies and equipment.
- Control departmental budgets and achieve financial goals.
- Lead and develop a motivated team through training and recognition.
- Respond to guest feedback and implement improvements for service excellence.
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold Marriotts service culture.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related area.
OR - 2-year degree in Hospitality Hotel & Restaurant Management Business Administration or related field (no prior experience required).
