Job Summary

Senior SAP HCM / ABAP-HCM Consultant

Need South Carolina Residents Only - Contract - Columbia SC (Onsite)

Required:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Management or related technical field AND 2 years of experience in system development or 10 years experience in computer application system development
4 years HCM functional experience using SAP in a professional environment
Understanding of SAP Portal technology
Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
Mail services in SAP through standard API
General understanding of the accounting process
Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP
1 year of SAP Workflow experience

Preferred:

Extensive WRICEF experience (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms)
LSMW/BDC programming
SAP HCM cluster tables knowledge
Dynamic Actions enhancements
Experience supporting HEI interface processing
Strong documentation and testing experience
After-hours SAP support availability

Specific Skills:

SAP HCM (PA/OM/Time/Payroll) functional configuration and workflow enhancements.
ABAP-HCM development WRICEF objects and interface troubleshooting.
Data migration using LSMW/BDC and HR cluster table updates.
SAP Portal and Fiori support SuccessFactors (LMS) integration.
SAP Mail Services API reporting and data extraction (Ad Hoc Query Report Painter).
Organizational/Enterprise structure configuration and end-to-end issue resolution.
