Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to fill an opening at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky & Norwalk OH. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Licensure: Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
• Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Experience: 5 years clinical or administrative experience; FQHC/community health experience.
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive primary care quality improvement clinical leadership
• Soft Skills: Leadership mentorship collaboration strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.
• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives.
• Support recruitment development and retention of clinical staff.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
