About the Opportunity
A well-established regional healthcare organization in western Connecticut is seekingtwo Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physiciansto join its growing primary care network acrossSouthbury Naugatuck and Shelton. These arefull-time direct hirepositions with a stable patient-centered group focused on high-quality outpatient care.
The group offers a supportive team-based environment with strong administrative backing modern practice facilities and an emphasis on continuity prevention and chronic disease management for adult patients.
Position Highlights
- Two full-time employed outpatient primary care positions (IM or FM)
- Practice locations across Southbury Naugatuck and Shelton CT (final site(s) to be aligned with candidate preference and practice needs)
- Established patient panels with strong referral network and community presence
- MondayFriday schedule with a focus on work-life balance (minimal call details to be discussed)
- Multi-disciplinary team including APPs nursing and care coordination support

Requirements
- MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
