Your Role Accountabilities
- Proactively perform accounting tasks and processes in line with IFRS US GAAP and relevant local GAAP including preparation of statutory financial statements
- Manage statutory audit processes coordinating planning fieldwork and finalisation with auditors and internal stakeholders
- Support the review of complex financial reporting transactions and preparation of management reports BS Flux SEC schedules and reconciliations
- Collaborate with Legal Treasury Company Secretary and Shared Services on entity-related matters and SAP reporting deliverables
- Assist with the setup of new statutory entities and lead entity rationalization projects including making entities dormant and managing strike-off processes
- Contribute to special and routine projects providing ad hoc analyses and supporting continuous process improvements
- Graduate in Finance or Accounting
- ACCA or Polish CA qualification preferred (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in statutory accounting and audit coordination ideally within a Big4 environment
- Strong understanding of IFRS and Polish accounting regulations; UK GAAP knowledge is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel; experience with SAP and One Source (Thomson Reuters) is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
