Essential Job Functions:Lead the development and maintenance of package software multiple project teams ensuring project objectives and milestones are with senior leadership to establish departmental project budgets resource allocation and risk technical guidance and mentorship to team current with industry trends and drive innovation within the cross-team collaboration and knowledge adherence to development methodologies and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field (i.e. Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 10 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and managementProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies Proven experience in managing software development projectsStrong technical knowledge in the package applications domainExcellent communication team leadership and decision-making skills
Other Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant cloud certifications (e.g. PMP CTO or MBA) or advanced training a plus
